The current leadership team at Wilbury Stratton has a wealth of experience in the field of executive resourcing. The team is headed by a Global Head of Executive Resourcing, who has previously worked for Aviva, and a VP Executive Resourcing - Barclaycard and Barclays Functions. The team also includes a Senior Associate and a Consultant, both of whom have worked for major organizations in the field of executive resourcing, such as Korn Ferry and EJ Group.
