William Boutros

William Boutros is an experienced professional in the food production and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Marketing Manager at WilCoPM since October 2009, where responsibilities include corporate development strategy and marketing strategy. Previously, William held positions as Plant Manager, focusing on company restructuring and sustainable manufacturing practices, and Quality Assurance Manager, where William developed a web-based Quality Management System and oversaw the design and implementation of a fully automated plant. Additionally, William has been the President and Secretary of the Syndicate of Lebanese Poultry Producers since March 2015, notably leading efforts to establish a food basket during the 2019 Lebanese economic crisis to ensure food security. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Food Production Management from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Food Science and Management from the American University of Beirut.
