Derek Peterson has extensive work experience in various roles. Derek started their career at Peterson's IGA in 1997, where they worked as a Floor Manager until 2004. In 2006, they joined Wilcox Fresh as the Vice President of Sales and Operations, where they currently hold a leadership position.
Derek Peterson obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Agribusiness/Economics from Utah State University between 2002 and 2006.
