Rhodonna Bikndi

Rhodonna Bikndi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rhodonna is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Wild Bills Tobacco since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Wireless Vision from 2016 to 2022, where they held positions such as Field Manager of People and Engagement and Human Resources Business Partner. Rhodonna was responsible for employee relations counseling, business strategies, and development plans. Rhodonna also contributed to projects like creating internal interview processes and implementing COVID protocols. Before Wireless Vision, Rhodonna worked at Nordstrom from 2008 to 2016 in various roles, including Human Resources Manager and Area Human Resources Manager.
