Sophie Kelley

Sophie Kelley is an experienced professional in strategic management and consultancy, currently serving as Head of Strategy and Special Projects Lead at Wild since February 2024. Previously, Sophie held multiple roles at CIL Management Consultants from April 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Analyst and Analyst, focusing on providing evidence-based advice for business growth and investment decisions. Prior consultancy experience includes a position at Concerto Partners, where Sophie contributed to strategic and organizational change projects, notably for Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital and the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police. Additional roles include freelancing at OC&C Strategy Consultants and an internship at Omnia Strategy LLP. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law from the University of Oxford, completed in 2013.
