Andrew Schumacher

Andrew Schumacher currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Wild Dunes Community Association, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Andrew held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association from January 2006 to March 2025, where oversight included managing a large oceanfront residential resort owners' association with over 50 employees and 2,100 properties. Andrew's expertise in financial management is marked by a background as Financial Controller, which involved preparing annual budgets, implementing financial policies, and overseeing multiple departments with a budget of $4 million. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the College of Charleston and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from St. John's University.
