Mica Pfeffer

Mica Pfeffer's work experience includes various roles in strategy, design research, and service design. Mica most recently worked as a Strategy Director at WILD FI and prior to that, they held the position of Design Researcher & Strategist at the same company. In addition, they have worked as a Design Researcher at Spaze Ltd, a Service Designer at Reimagine Digital, and a Business Designer at FLF PRODUCT DESIGN. Mica also has experience as a Brand Strategist at Dossier. Prior to these roles, Mica worked as a Social Purpose Organizations Analyst at Social Innovation Academy, where they facilitated connections between investors and social purpose organizations by providing data, research, and insights.

Mica Pfeffer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from The University of British Columbia, which was obtained between 2015 and 2019. In 2018, Mica participated in an exchange program at Esade, also studying Business/Commerce. Additionally, Mica has obtained certifications in Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional from Meta in April 2023 and in Circular Design Thinking™: Certified Facilitator from 3Vectores in January 2023.
