Lewis Ramsey

Lewis Ramsey is the Founder and CEO of Symbiotica Group, a company established in August 2020 that specializes in partnering with small to medium-sized Life Sciences companies to recruit top talent aligned with their cultural and commercial objectives. In addition to their role at Symbiotica, Lewis serves on the Board of Directors at the Wild & Free Foundation since January 2024. Previously, Lewis held leadership positions including Director for North America at Invenia Resourcing Ltd (March 2014 - July 2020), Associate Director at AMsource Technology Limited (October 2010 - March 2014), Founder and Director at Corecom Consulting (August 2007 - September 2010), and Consultant at SThree (July 2005 - August 2007). Lewis holds a BSc (Hons) in Kinesiology and Nutrition from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2002 and 2005.
