Erin Ellis

Erin Ellis is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in organizational development and change management. Currently serving as HR Manager and previously as Human Resources Specialist at Wild Salmon Center since November 2021, Erin has contributed to the organization's international initiatives. Prior to that, Erin worked as an HR & Development Consultant at Camp Yakety Yak, where responsibilities included implementing governance policies and recruitment strategies. Erin's extensive experience includes a long tenure as Executive Director at the SARC - Sexual Assault Resource Center, where Erin transformed the organization into a multi-service support center, significantly increasing revenue and staffing. Early career roles included coordination of victim services at the Washington County Juvenile Department and Clackamas County. Erin holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and a BS in Community Health Education/General Science from Portland State University.
