Marshall Dyer has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Marshall started their career in 2004 with ARAMARK, where they gained experience in food and beverage management during the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Marshall went on to work as a Banquet Manager/Entertainment Coordinator at the Arts Club of Washington before transitioning to Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort as a Food and Beverage Manager. In 2008, they joined the U.S. Forest Service as a Land Survey Technician and later became a Food and Beverage Manager at Diamond Resorts International.
Marshall's leadership abilities and success in the hospitality industry are evident from their role as the General Manager and Managing Partner for Bear Moon Bar and Grill, Lake Tahoe. During their time there, they oversaw daily operations and implemented strategic initiatives that increased customer satisfaction and revenue. Marshall later joined the Wild Thyme Restaurant Group, where they currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management. Marshall's expertise in financial modeling and team leadership has been crucial in driving business growth and ensuring profitability.
Most recently, Marshall founded Dyer Times Inc., where they serve as the Managing Consultant, providing expert financial advisory services to businesses. With their extensive experience and track record of success, Marshall has proven himself to be a valuable asset in helping companies achieve sustainable growth and success.
Marshall Dyer attended James Madison University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus on the Music Industry. Marshall then enrolled in Lake Tahoe Community College in 2011 and completed studies in Green Sustainable Education in 2012.
