WildAid
Maz (Marion) Robertson is an accomplished professional in wildlife conservation and program management, currently serving as the East Africa Representative for WildAid since February 2019. In this role, Maz implements multimedia public awareness campaigns against illegal wildlife trade, cultivates partnerships, manages funding proposals, and oversees grants aimed at promoting human-wildlife coexistence across multiple African regions. Prior experience includes positions as a Conservation Advisor for Petrichor Africa, Programmes Coordinator and General Manager at the Uganda Conservation Foundation, and Regional Manager at Soft Power Education, where Maz demonstrated expertise in budget management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include an MA in International Development and a BSc. (Hons.) in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
