Daryl Chappell

Daryl Chappell has an extensive work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. From 2020 to the present, Daryl has been working at WildBrain as the SVP of Studio Operations and previously held the role of VP of Talent. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, Daryl worked at Kabam as the Head of People and Talent. Before Kabam, Daryl worked at Pacific Insight Electronics Corp. as the Director of HR from 2016 to 2018. From 2012 to 2016, Daryl was the Senior HR Manager at PMC-Sierra, and from 2004 to 2012, Daryl served as the HR Manager at MDA. Daryl also gained experience in recruitment as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Eagle Professional Resources from 2001 to 2004, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Staffing Coordinator at CGI from 1998 to 2000.

Daryl Chappell completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (Politics and History) with Honours at the University of Bradford from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Daryl has obtained various certifications, including the CHRP from HRMA in January 2007. Daryl also has certifications as a Human Capital Specialist and in Strategic Workforce Planning from HCI, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
