Charles E. Belle

Charles Belle is an attorney and founder of Startup Policy Lab (SPL). SPL is an independent nonprofit think tank that connects government officials and start-ups to address cutting edge issues in technology driving public policy. Charles is an appointed public member on the City & County of San Francisco’s Committee on Information Technology. He is also a Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for Internet & Society (CIS) and UC Berkeley’s Center for Technology, Society, and Policy (CTSP).

Charles has an AB and AM from the University of Chicago, and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
