Prior to this, Bill was a Field Service Technician at Layne Christensen from March 2011 to May 2014. Bill Orcutt obtained a Diesel certificate in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician from Northwest Kansas Technical College between 2004 and 2006 and completed a high school diploma at Miami Yoder High School from 2000 to 2004.
