Esly van Dam

Esly van Dam has extensive experience in project management and volunteer coordination across various organizations. Since February 2020, Esly has served as Adviseur Projecten at Wilde Ganzen. Prior to this, from September 2017 to January 2020, Esly was the Hoofdcoördinator vrijwilligers at Hendrick de Keyser, where responsibilities included developing volunteer policies and training, successfully increasing the volunteer base from 60 to over 320. Experience also includes roles such as Community Manager at Amber Alert EU and Local Fundraising Manager at Knowledge for Children Cameroon, where Esly analyzed the funding market and managed a team to enhance literacy in rural schools. Earlier experiences include working with VSO as a Volunteer Management and Training Advisor and various administrative roles. Esly holds an AMID Masterclass in International Cooperation from Radboud University and a Master's degree in Religious Studies from the University of Groningen.
