Peter Volk

Peter Volk is an experienced lawyer and General Counsel, currently serving as a Partner and Counsel at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP since May 2018. Prior to this role, Peter Volk worked as an Independent Consultant from April 2018 to April 2020 and was the General Counsel and Secretary at Frontera Energy Corp. from February 2004 to April 2018. Peter Volk has a strong background in board advisory, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate law, and functional reporting, having also served as General Counsel for Bolivar Gold Corp. from 1997 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Creighton University.
