Elza Hayen

Elza Hayen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. ELZA started their career in 2001 as a Realtor at Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors and later worked as an Associate at SC Insurance News Service. In 2008, Elza established their own company, Hayen Company, before joining Catalyst Advertising as a Social Media Director in 2010. ELZA then served as the Director of Interactive Marketing, Social Media, and IT at ERA Wilder Realty from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they also assumed the role of Director of Marketing. From 2014 to 2016, Elza served as an Inman Ambassador at Inman News. ELZA became a State Representative for South Carolina at the National Association of Women Highway Safety Leaders from 2008 to 2012. Elza also worked at ERA Real Estate as a Brand Ambassador for the Southeast Region from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they held the positions of Director of Agent Engagement and Vice President of Engagement at ERA Wilder Realty, starting in 2020 and 2022, respectively.

Elza Hayen attended Auburn University from 1995 to 2000, where they studied Management Information Systems. ELZA then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Columbia College, attending from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Elza Hayen obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they completed courses such as "Lead Like a Boss," "Prioritizing Your Tasks," "Strategic Thinking," and "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" through LinkedIn. ELZA also completed the "Trello Essential Training" course in February 2019, also on LinkedIn.
