Cyri Tjaden is a seasoned professional in business operations with extensive experience in people operations, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as strategic program management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Wilderness Inquiry since January 2020, Cyri has successfully designed and implemented recruiting strategies, training programs, and DEIA initiatives to enhance workforce development and community partnerships. Prior roles at Wilderness Inquiry include Operations Manager and Program Coordinator & Outdoor Educator, where Cyri managed large teams, executed over 400 programs annually, and developed innovative education curricula. Cyri's earlier experience includes roles at Fjällräven North America and various educational institutions, reflecting a strong commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging environments. Cyri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanity and Nature Studies & Sustainable Community Development from Northland College.
