Julie Edmiston

Julie Edmiston is an experienced education and communications professional with a strong background in supporting individuals with hearing loss. Currently serving as Associate Director and Development Director at Wilderness Inquiry since July 2013, Edmiston previously held roles such as Communications Coordinator at the Commission of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing Minnesotans and Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher at Saint Paul Public Schools. With a Master of Education in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education and a Bachelor of Science in Deaf Education from the University of Minnesota, Edmiston has effectively collaborated with various stakeholders to improve educational outcomes and has a proven track record of enhancing student reading scores.
