Wilderness Inquiry
Lauren Flavin is a dedicated educator and community advocate with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a Stem Educator at Spark-Y and an Outdoor Leader at Wilderness Inquiry, Lauren has previously worked as a Case Manager at OASIS FOR YOUTH, where collaboration with over 40 youths facilitated solutions for issues such as eviction prevention and long-term housing stability. Additionally, Lauren has experience in community outreach and fundraising as an intern at Groundswell Community Project and has contributed to trauma-informed wellness programs as a Yoga Instructor at The Emily Program. Earlier roles also include instructing youth programs at the Minneapolis Bouldering Project, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
