Lucy Hylton

Lucy Hylton is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and outdoor leadership. Currently working as a Hostess at Jose Muldoon's since March 2024, Lucy has previously served in similar roles at The Rabbit Hole and as a Waitress at Dale Street Bistro Cafe. In addition, Lucy has been an Outdoor Leader for Wilderness Inquiry since May 2022, organizing wilderness experiences that emphasize equality and accessibility for marginalized communities. Lucy's earlier experience includes coaching gymnastics at Mini-Hops Gymnastics and working as a Crew Member for Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science at Colorado College, Lucy's education includes practical experiences through Sea Education Association and Conserve School.
