Meg Krueger is an experienced professional in environmental conservation and education, currently serving as the Programs and Adventures Director at Wilderness Inquiry since June 2022. Previously, Meg held several leadership roles at American YouthWorks, including Conservation Corps Director and Program Operations and Compliance Director, from February 2020 to June 2022. Additional experience includes working as an Environmental Conservation Information Specialist for the City of Austin and as Education Programs Manager at Wilderness Inquiry from May 2014 to November 2018, where involvement in the Canoemobile program connected thousands of youth and families to outdoor adventures. Meg's earlier roles include serving as a Bilingual Spanish Associate Educator for Minneapolis Public Schools and working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Entomology at the University of Arizona. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Spanish Language from the University of Arizona and completed supplemental graduate coursework in Secondary Education at Augsburg University.
