Nell Holden

Nell Holden is a seasoned professional in the outdoor and leadership development sectors, currently serving as Business Operations Director at Wilderness Inquiry since May 2015. Previously, Nell held the position of Operations Director at Wilderness Inquiry and was the Assistant Facility Manager at Vertical Endeavors from August 2012 to May 2015, where management of staff and safety protocols were prioritized. Experience also includes directing Minnesota programming for Big City Mountaineers, focusing on wilderness mentoring for urban youth, and roles as Recreation Therapist and Wilderness Instructor at MCF-Togo, where Nell designed therapeutic programs and led wilderness courses for adjudicated youth. Nell began as an Outpost Leader at Camp Manito-wish YMCA, leading diverse outdoor trips while fostering leadership skills among participants. Nell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in 2009.
