Outdoor Educator at Wilderness Inquiry

Sam Graf currently serves as Program Coordinator at Backyard Phenology and holds positions as Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota's Forestry Department and Outreach Coordinator for the Minnesota Phenology Network, both since September 2016. As a Research Assistant, Sam conducts case studies to explore urban forestry volunteer programs in the Twin Cities area. Sam also works as an Outdoor Educator for Wilderness Inquiry, facilitating experiential outdoor activities across various parks, and previously interned with the Minnesota Senate, assisting with constituent outreach and policy research. Earlier roles include serving as a Museum Assistant at the Bell Museum of Natural History and as a Resident Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Sam Graf earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Policy, & Management from the University of Minnesota from 2014 to 2016.
