Deborah Hayes

Deborah Hayes is an experienced marine educator and safety instructor with a comprehensive background in maritime operations and medical training. Currently serving as an Instructor with Wilderness Medical Associates International and Lodestone Safety International, Deborah also contributes to the Maritime Simulation Institute as an Instructor. Previous roles include a Board member for Tall Ships America and Chairman of the Conference Steering Committee. Deborah's extensive experience includes leadership positions as Captain and Program Director at St. George's School and various sail training ships. Educational credentials include a BA in Zoology from Connecticut College and certifications in Wilderness EMT and Medical Person in Charge from Remote Medical International.
