Caroline Palazzo

Caroline Palazzo currently serves as the Head of Operations & Global Integration at Wilderness since November 2020, having previously held the position of Global Integration Manager. Caroline has an extensive background in the travel and tourism industry, with over a decade of experience at Wilderness Safaris as the Business Manager for Inbounds & Latin America. Caroline's earlier roles include Director at Capishe Marketing and Consultant for Viaggi dell'Elefante & Eco Luxury, alongside a Sales & Marketing Manager position at TSA Marketing from 2002 to 2007 and at Inyati Game Lodge from 1995 to 1998. Caroline holds a degree in Tourism from the University of the Witwatersrand.
