Debby Penton is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in public relations and marketing. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Wildfire since May 2011, Debby has held various leadership roles within the company, including Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Director. Debby was also the Chair of the Technology Group at PRCA from January 2012 to December 2020. Previously, Debby co-owned and managed Wildfire PR from 2002 to 2011 and worked as Account Director at Banner PR and Account Executive at Kinross and Rendor. Debby began a career in marketing as a Marketing Executive at Business Systems Group. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Behavioral Decision Science from Kingston University, completed in 2023, and a BA in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, awarded in 1995.
