Wildfire's story began on September 9, 1937 in the basement of the treasurer Hank Koski's home. Known then as Saginaw Telephone Employees Credit Union, it would be the starting point of a trail filled with light. Helping to guide people to their dreams. From this humble starting point, Wildfire has grown from a small spark to a bright star. Today we have four branches in the Great Lakes Bay Region of Michigan, along with two school branches and a business office in Mt. Pleasant. Wildfire serves the entire state of Michigan allowing anyone who works, lives, worships or attends school in the state of Michigan to join. Just as we did during our humble beginnings over eighty years ago, we continue to strive to be the best place for our members to manage their finances and serve our community.
