Patricia Alfano Phr

Patricia Alfano, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Representative at Wildfire Credit Union, a position held since June 2021. In this role, Patricia coordinates various human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Representative at CMU Medical Education Partners from March 2000 to June 2013 and as a Human Resources Representative at Covenant HealthCare from March 1996 to March 2000. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Northwood University and an Associate's degree in Business from Great Lakes Jr. College.
