RJ Klotz serves as the President of Seven Bear Paw, LLC, focusing on real estate investment and private money lending since August 2023. In addition, RJ Klotz holds the role of Senior Program Manager at Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. since July 2019, having previously been a Program Manager there. RJ Klotz contributes to the community as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country, advocating for one-to-one mentoring relationships. Founding the Gallatin Valley Skijoring Association and serving as Director of Membership Sales for the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce further highlights RJ Klotz's commitment to service and leadership. Previous experience includes roles with Heroes and Horses, Skijoring America, and the U.S. Forest Service, where RJ Klotz worked as a Forestry Technician and Senior Firefighter.
