Scott Eskwitt has a diverse work experience spanning several fields and roles. Scott started their career as a Staff Attorney at The Bargaining Forum, where they tracked collective bargaining activity in the pulp and paper industry and provided updates to members. Following this, they worked as a Staff Counsel at the Council on Labor Law Equality, presenting cases to the Board of Directors for selection.
Eskwitt then transitioned to the legal field, becoming an Attorney at Scott A. Eskwitt, Esq. Scott handled various legal matters, including litigation, legal research, writing, and motion practice. Scott also engaged in risk management, due diligence, and dispute resolution. Additionally, they represented clients on insurance claims and advised on compliance and regulatory systems. Scott Eskwitt has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial & Labor Relations with a concentration in Quantitative Dispute Resolution from Cornell University. Scott also has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a special degree in State & Local Government Law from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. In addition to their education, they are a member of the New Jersey State Bar, having obtained their certification from the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey in February 1988. Scott also holds a certification in Incident Management Level 1, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
