Ken J Ahrens

Ken J Ahrens is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in joint interest billing and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Accountant at WildFire Energy LLC since August 2021, Ken has also held leadership roles at WildHorse Resources Management Company, LLC from April 2011, where responsibilities included management of the monthly joint interest billing process, capital and expense accruals, and oversight of various financial reporting tasks. Previous positions include Senior JIB Accountant at Maritech Resources, Inc., Director of Operations at Baseball USA, 8th Grade Math Teacher at Spring Branch ISD, and Manager of Budgeting and Accounting functions at Sonat Exploration. Ken holds a BBA in Accounting from Lamar University and a high school diploma from Spring Woods High School.
