Neal Christman

Neal Christman is a seasoned production engineer currently working at WildFire Energy LLC since March 2024. Prior to this role, Neal served as a production engineer at ConocoPhillips from March 2021 to March 2024 and as a field/production engineer at Concho from October 2017 to March 2021. At Concho, responsibilities included managing lease operations in the Northern Delaware Basin, overseeing production efficiency and maintenance of numerous well sites, and driving safety and environmental initiatives. Neal began a career in the oil and gas industry as a field/operations intern at King Pipeline Services, LLC, in 2015, gaining hands-on experience in operational oversight and pipeline integrity. Neal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, earned in 2017.
