Preyal Dewani is an experienced leader in organizational change and people strategy, currently serving as the Founder of Wildfire - Experts in Change since April 2022, where a focus on creating shared value underpins business growth for individuals and society. Previously, Preyal founded Handpicked Society, which aimed to empower individuals to contribute positively to global challenges from December 2017 to December 2022. Preyal held significant roles in various organizations, including North Highland UK as FS Lead for People Strategy, and Openreach as Director of People & Change, leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior experience at O2 (Telefónica UK) included directing People Strategy & Transformation and overseeing workplace collaboration strategies. Preyal's career began at Accenture, where a focus on talent and organization strategy established a foundation for a multifaceted approach to change and employee engagement. Education was completed at the University of Reading.
