Jim Montoya

Jim Montoya has a diverse work experience. Jim started working at Baillios in 2000 as an IT Service Manager and held the position until 2003. In the same year, they joined Northern NM Properties LLC as a Qualifying Broker. Since 2003, they have been working at Wildflower International, LTD., where they started as a National Sales Manager and later transitioned into the role of Director of Technology. In 2016, they became the Executive Vice President for Sales & Business Development and ultimately reached the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2018.

Jim Montoya completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Cisco IP Communications Express Specialist, Cisco Express Foundation Field Specialist, Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP-RS), Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), Cisco VPN/Security Sales Specialist, Cisco Wireless LAN Sales Specialist, FAA Certified UAS Pilot. Jim has also acquired certifications from the Commercial Association of REALTORS New Mexico and the Santa Fe Association of Realtors.
