Jim Montoya has a diverse work experience. Jim started working at Baillios in 2000 as an IT Service Manager and held the position until 2003. In the same year, they joined Northern NM Properties LLC as a Qualifying Broker. Since 2003, they have been working at Wildflower International, LTD., where they started as a National Sales Manager and later transitioned into the role of Director of Technology. In 2016, they became the Executive Vice President for Sales & Business Development and ultimately reached the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2018.

Jim Montoya completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, from 2019 to 2023.
