Isabelle Bibbler (Parker) is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Wildflower Schools, a network of Montessori micro-schools promoting educational equity. Isabelle also serves as the Director of Vaulting Performance at the US Equestrian Federation, focusing on developing athletes and coaches for international competitions. Isabelle co-founded Summit Public Schools and held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operational Officer, working to empower students with individualized learning. Prior to that, Isabelle worked as a Finance Analyst at EdTec, supporting charter schools. Isabelle also served as a Mentor, Coach, and Administration at The Riekes Center, a nonprofit youth mentoring organization. Isabelle holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College. Wildflower wants to provide all children and families with the chance to choose high-quality, excellent learning settings as they travel through life.The goal of Wildflower is to be an experiment in a new learning environment, dissolving the lines between homeand school, between scientists and instructors, and between schools and their surrounding areas. Their schools are small and teacher-led, with a high level of parental involvement.Wildflower is headquartered in Minneapolis , Minnesota and was founded in 2013.
