Sean A. Hoolehan, CGCS has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of golf course management. Sean A. began their career in 1981 as an Assistant Superintendent at Ruth Lake Country Club, where they gained valuable experience.

In 1985, Hoolehan moved on to become the Golf Course Superintendent at the Navy Marine Golf Course, where they managed the grounds of a busy US Navy facility and oversaw maintenance at the Par 3 course on Ford Island. Sean A. handled agronomy, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling staff, and implemented a safety program.

In 1989, Hoolehan joined the Ko'olau Golf Course/Minami Group USA as a Project Manager. Sean A. played a key role in building a world-class golf course on the windward side of Oahu. The course received the highest slope rating from the USGA at the time.
