Roy Jones has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Roy has held various leadership roles, including Director of Lodging at Wildhorse Resort & Casino, Director of Hotel Operations at Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel, and Director of Rooms at BlueWater Resort & Casino. Roy also served as the Hotel General Manager at Ute Mountain Casino Hotel & Resort, where they successfully opened a new hotel and increased conference bookings by 200%. Roy began their career as a Front Desk Manager at Blair House Suites and gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau. Throughout their career, Roy has demonstrated strong management skills and a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.

Roy Jones received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, they attended the Brigham Young University's Spanish Fluency Program for a brief period of time. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California Coast University.
