Heather Harvie has extensive experience in outdoor education and therapeutic programs. Currently serving as Field Coordinator at Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness since April 2019, Heather also works as a Backpacking Guide for The Wildland Trekking Company. Prior roles include Adventure Therapy Coordinator at Calo Young Adults from July 2016 to February 2018 and Mentor Field Staff at Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness from April 2009 to July 2016. Heather holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from The University of Alabama.
