Noyes Harrigan

Noyes Harrigan, PE, CFM is a Water Resources Engineer and Environmental Designer with experience in engineering analysis, construction document production, and stormwater/watershed sciences. Noyes previously worked as a Civil Designer at WK Dickson & Co., Inc. and as a Graduate Research And Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. With a background in education, Noyes also taught chemistry courses at Myers Park High School and science courses at Williamsburg Charter H.S. & H.S. for Enterprise, Business, & Technology. Additionally, Noyes has a Master's degree in Engineering in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
