Kelly Wilson has a diverse work experience in the field of conservation and donor engagement. Kelly started their career in 2001 as an Education Supervisor at the San Francisco Zoo and worked there until 2007. In 2008, they joined the Oregon Coast Aquarium as Donor Relations and Special Events staff, where they stayed until 2010. During this time, they also served as a Board Member for the E2 Foundation from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they began their tenure at the Wildlife Conservation Network, first as the Director of Donor Engagement and later as the Vice President of Conservation Engagement. Additionally, they were actively involved with the Friends of Outdoor School, serving as Board Chair from 2010 to 2014 and as a Board Member from 2014 to 2015.
Kelly Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon. Kelly also has pursued a Masters of Public Administration degree in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University. However, the exact start and end years of their education are not provided.
