Kathryn Hennessy

Kathryn Hennessy is an experienced major gifts officer currently working at the Wildlife Conservation Society since July 2022, previously holding similar roles at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York and Dominican Academy. At Dominican Academy, significant achievements included planning the school's inaugural Capital Campaign, organizing a successful Spring Auction & Benefit, and leading a rebranding initiative. Earlier, Hennessy served as the Associate Director of Communications and Events, managing production of key materials and overseeing alumnae events. Hennessy's career began as a Development & Events Assistant at Free Arts NYC, where responsibilities included managing corporate sponsorships and organizing major events. Hennessy holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications and Art History from Marymount Manhattan College.
