Kevin V.g. Wells

Kevin V.G. Wells, Esq. currently serves as Vice President at the Wildlife Conservation Society, focusing on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies with global business outcomes since February 2021. Previously, Kevin held the role of Chief Diversity Officer at the NYC Department of Sanitation, where efforts supported a comprehensive inclusion platform aligned with the Zero Waste Strategic plan. During Kevin's tenure at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, the Director of Responsible Economic Inclusion position was established to foster resilient affordable housing initiatives. Earlier roles included Senior Executive at Nima Hunter, Inc., where Kevin developed corporate social responsibility strategies, and General Counsel/Director of Compliance at the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council. Kevin's academic contributions as a Visiting Professor at Rutgers University complement a robust legal background, including a JD from Widener University Schools of Law.
