Manuel Salinas Rossel is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering and mining impact reduction with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Especialista reducción de impactos mineria paisaje Madidi and Consultor especialista en minería for the Wildlife Conservation Society since February 2017, Manuel has also held academic positions as Docente Ingenieria Ambiental at Escuela Militar de Ingeniería and Docente Academico - Ingenieria Ambiental at Universidad Catolica Boliviana San Pablo. Previously, experience includes roles such as Especialista en oro Responsable at Swiss Better Gold Association, Especialist Artisanal Small Mining at Solidaridad Network, and technical environmental responsibilities at Cumbre del Sajama S.A. Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Gerencia de Proyectos de Desarrollo from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar and a Licentiate degree in Ingeniería ambiental from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
