Miguel Lluesma

Miguel Lluesma, MIS, currently serves as an SAP Project Manager at the Wildlife Conservation Society since November 2018. Previously, Miguel held multiple roles at Unilever since 2008, including IT Subject Matter Expert - Supply Chain Outbound, where over $1M in savings was achieved by addressing manufacturing inefficiencies and managing development costs. As Service Delivery Manager, Miguel oversaw systems supporting revenues of over €7B, while also managing stakeholder communications in both English and Spanish. Additional experience includes reducing costs by 35% during the integration of Unilever Canada and US systems as Project Lead and managing a team of developers to enhance service levels in SAP R/3 as Technical Support Manager. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BA in Computer Science from Colgate University.
