Patrick Mouton

Patrick Mouton is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as VP Comptroller at the Wildlife Conservation Society since March 2024, Patrick previously held the position of Executive Director and Controller at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative from January 2013 to March 2024, where responsibilities included shaping financial strategy and overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities. From 1999 to August 2012, Patrick was Chief Financial Officer at Action Against Hunger - USA, managing a $50M budget while overseeing multiple branches in Africa and Asia. Early career roles included CFO and Operations Director for Action Against Hunger - Spain, Field Financial Controller for Action Against Hunger - France, and various auditing positions at Mazars in both the UK and France. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales.
