Tina Wong

Tina Wong currently serves as the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Wildlife Conservation Society, a position held since September 2023. As the Founder of greenprint ethos since September 2019, Tina focuses on sustainability and DEI strategy, assisting organizations in implementing transformative systems change. Previous roles include Equity Advisor at the Sierra Club, where Tina collaborated on equity cultural transformation, and Sustainability Coach at the National Wildlife Federation, leading environmental changes in education. Additionally, Tina was the Magnet Program Specialist at Alain L. Locke Magnet School for Environmental Stewardship, facilitating its transition to a themed school. Early in the career, Tina held various positions at Oliver Wyman, where responsibilities included coordinating projects for the Office of CEO and managing client relations. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and a Master of Science in Sustainability in the Urban Environment from The City College of New York.
