Leonardo Calil

Leonardo Calil is an experienced IT System/Product Analyst currently working at Wildlife Studios since August 2022, specializing in IT Service Management. In this role, Leonardo successfully led the migration and implementation of eight Jira Service Management projects, onboarding over 150 agents and consolidating multiple tools to achieve significant cost savings.
