Luiz Gustavo Porto Mendes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luiz Gustavo started their career as a Support Process Intern at ArcelorMittal in 2013. Luiz Gustavo then worked as an Intern in Project Management & Research at Groupe PSA in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, Luiz worked at McKinsey & Company, starting as an Intern and progressing to the roles of Data Scientist and Senior Business Analyst. In 2019, they joined Wildlife Studios as a Production and Operations Coordinator for Game Art, and quickly moved up the ranks to become a Tech Art Manager, Senior Art Manager, and eventually Head of Art Operations. Currently, Luiz holds the position of Head of Game Development Hub at Wildlife Studios.
Luiz Gustavo Porto Mendes earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Science in Multi-disciplinary engineering and management as part of a double degree program at Centrale Lille. In 2015, they received the MOOC Oil & Gas Achievement Certificate from IFP School, and in 2018, they became Scrum Master Certified through Scrum Alliance.
