Robert West is an experienced game designer with a diverse background in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Game Designer at Wildlight Entertainment since February 2023, Robert previously held the position of Lead Game Designer at Respawn Entertainment from February 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Senior Multiplayer Technical Designer at Rockstar Games and founded Robotronic Games, where Gnomoria was developed. Additional experience includes a role as Lead Programmer at Signal Studios, contributing to projects such as Toy Soldiers and Ascend: Hand of Kul, as well as an internship at Hourglass Games. Robert holds a degree in Real Time Interactive Simulation from DigiPen Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
